A de-glutened version of the Momofuku Milk Bar classic. These were a hit at the Stamford Museum & Nature Center Farm Market last summer, selling out nearly every weekend. These cookies are oversized, crispy on the edges and chewy in the center. They are buttery, salty, and like creamed corn in cookie form. Like no cookie you’ve ever had, gluten-free or otherwise.
