Like they are bigger than your face? And they're crispy on the edges and look soft and just the right amount almost underbaked in the center? And, they're dusted with a delicate sprinkling of flaked sea salt? Well, these are those! Each cookie weighs in at a quarter pound (!!) and you get 10 per batch.
