butter + sugar is a licensed cottage food bakery located in North Stamford. We bake breads, desserts, pastries and more in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen. Gluten-eaters will not believe that our treats are gluten-free and those that must maintain a GF diet will finally be able to safely enjoy the baked goods that they’ve been missing. (Ahem, we’re looking at you, Sourdough Bread and Donuts.)

Typically, we require 5-7-days notice for an order. Curbside pickup is available in North Stamford and delivery is an option within parts of Fairfield County (additional delivery fees may apply).
