If you love chocolate, these are the brownies for you. 1.5lbs of chocolate per batch! butter + sugar’s recipe uses no cocoa powder and very little gf flour. The result? A dense, rich brownie that will remind you of a flourless chocolate cake. Chunks of quality dark chocolate and flecks of sea salt add texture and a deeper flavor. Can be cut into bite-sized squares to top an epic sundae or leave the pieces big as they scream to be “a la moded.” Freezes well. Available by the full-batch (12 approx 3”x3” squares for $60) and by the half batch (6 3”x3” squares for $35).
