Who we are

Do you like butter? Do you like sugar? Do you like butter + sugar? We do. And, we don't like gluten.

butter + sugar is a gluten-free bakery located in Stamford, Connecticut. We bake breads, desserts, pastries and more in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen. Gluten-eaters will not believe that our treats are gluten-free, and those that must maintain a GF diet will finally be able to safely enjoy the baked goods that they’ve been missing. No one should have to compromise taste for safety when it comes to a cookie!

We got our start in local farmer’s markets, and are now shipping to the lower 48 while continuing to serve our local customers. Take a look at our menu of gluten-free, celiac-safe treats available for shipping or for pickup, and reach out with any questions.
