Orders ship out on Mondays (if a holiday, will ship on Tuesday) via UPS Ground from our hometown of Stamford, CT for a flat rate of $10 per box. Shipping times vary depending on destination. Orders typically arrive the next business day within CT/NYC, in 2-3 business days to other states on the East Coast and to the Midwest, and in 5-6 business days to the West Coast.

All products ship frozen to lock in their delicious fresh taste, however it is fine if they arrive fully-thawed on your doorstep— easier to enjoy! Products do not need to be refrigerated, but if you wish to extend their shelf-life, you may keep them in their packaging in the fridge for several days or in your freezer for up to one month. During summer months, some ingredients may become melty (mmmm… gooey chocolate chips) in transit. Don’t want them so soft? Simply pop them in the fridge for a few hours and then enjoy.

As always, all products are baked in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen ensuring that they are safe for Celiac. Nuts are in our kitchen and in some of our products.
